I have over 29 years of engineering experience in the planning, design, construction management, maintenance and operation of transportation and oil and gas projects and related infrastructure . This experience includes:- Management and leadership of staff, contractors, and equipment vendors with a wide range of expertise to deploy large transportation improvement projects.- Extensive first-hand experience in the practical application of electronics, communications, and a wide range of technology components into major civil infrastructure improvement projects.- Expertise in developing and prosecuting grant funding applications and oversight of projects for local, state, and federally funded transportation projects to insure all regulatory requirements are satisfied as a condition of project completion.- Development of innovative technical and contract solutions to streamline project delivery and reduce operating and maintenance costs for various types of capital improvement and contract operations procurements.
