Bangabandhu Tri Tower (111 storied, 71 storied and 52 storied)Program Planning and Development:a) I am fully responsible for appreciate planning, leading, controlling and organizing the work force to execute the construction work progress of mentioned projects.b) To complete this job I am to prepare computer based project schedule, effective project cost, collection of architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical and other related drawings by maintaining liaison with designer/ consultant (Skidmore Owings Merrills and Sarbana Jurongs)c) Reviewing construction work progress on weekly, monthly basis with the assist of Project Engineer, Assistant Project Engineer.d) Ensuring adequate materials, safety for site office staff and contractor labor.e)Overall design, drawing, coordinates and solves design related problems by consulting with engineering team is also my responsibilities.Program Monitoring & Evaluation:a) Monitoring the execution of civil works such as piling, casting, bricks work and finishing etc.b) Checking the construction related all sorts of requisition and bill, prepare yearly construction budget to achieve the company`s goal.c) I am to make well informed to the Chairman & Managing Director about all of the development activities of projects through written and verbal report.Financial & Administrative Management:a) Preparing the monthly budget, project expenses, monitoring the daily site office expenses is also my responsibilities.b) I am to guide all Project Engineers, Purchase Manager, Store Officer, Site Office Accounts and others contraction related staffs to implement the program activities based on annual implementation plan and activity plan of the program.c) Closely observe the staff performance, providing appreciative feedback on a time basis and take or recommended appreciate disciplinary action whenever it is required.d) Overall control allocates and sup

Completed Projects:1. 16 Storied Residential Building with 2 Basement.2. 11 Storied Residential Building with Semi Basementa) To implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for Projects.b) To carry out technical supervision of ongoing civil work such as layout, strata RCC work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing etc., at all stages.c) To check the quality of all the materials (cement, steel, tiles, sand, etc) received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.d) To check the stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site with neatness.e)To check and keep control on the wastage of material at site.f) To check required maintenance works of completed projects / building which are ready for possession.g) To coordinate areas of QC work with other departments work i.e. civil engineering process, etc.h) To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.i)To coordinate with different contractors, agencies for required manpower and documents to achieve the company`s goal.j)To prepare MIS report on basis of monthly consumption reports, daily and weekly progress report, etck) I was to make well informed to the AGM, (Construction) about all of the development activities of projects through written and verbal report.
