Originally from Toronto, Canada, Shoshanna has lived in Alexandria, Virginia with her family for the past 16 years. After earning an undergraduate degree in Psychology at York University in Canada, a J.D. and LL.M (Masters of Law) from New England Law and the University of Miami respectively, and a certificate in Employee Benefits from Georgetown Law, Shoshanna began her career with the U.S. Federal Government, where she practiced tax law with the Office of Chief Counsel for more than 13 years. Shoshanna has always had a passion for real estate. Inspired by her father--a successful real estate attorney, developer, and investor--she began transitioning into the real estate field seven years ago. In less than a decade, Shoshanna has become one of the top-selling agents in her prior companies and has earned numerous accolades for sales volume and client service--including the Rookie of the Year award, while still a part-time agent--as well as the Masters Diamond and Centurion Awards in subsequent years. Shoshanna has also been recognized as a “Top Realtor” by her peers and clients for the past few years in several reputable local publications such as The Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazine. Similarly, she has been designated a "Top Producer" by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.
