Projects: Final Location Survey (FLS) for New Broad Gauge line-(a) from Lanka to Silchar via Chandranathpur (approx. 208 km) in the State of Assam using LiDAR(b) from Kokrajhar(India) to Gelephu(Bhutan) approx. 70 km(c) from Banarhat(India) to Samtse(Bhutan) approx. 25 km(d) from Tamu(Mayanmar) to Moreh(India) approx. 15 km(e) from Sairang to Hbichhuah (approx. 225 km) in the State of Mizoram using LiDAR Roles and Responsibilities:• Coordination with Site Engineers for all site activities• Regular Coordination with railway officials for all project related requirements• Attending Technical Meetings / Routine Site Visits with railway officials • Variation analysis• Data collection from various organisations• Checking & Submission of hard/soft copies of reports/drawings with corresponding letters• Preparation of Daily Progress Reports• Preparation of Weekly Progress Reports• Checking Detailed Project Reports(DPR)• Other project related works as required

Project Executed: Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation for New Dedicated Freight Corridor of East-West Corridor comprised of sub-corridor: Bhusaval-Nagpur-Kharagpur-Dankuni(1673 RKM) and sub-corridor: Rajkharswan-Kalipahari-Andal (195 RKM)Roles and Responsibilities:• Overall coordination with Client/ Govt. officials/ Sub-contractors/ Suppliers and Planning and Follow up of work.• Attending site meeting with client and sub-contractors.• Giving priority to safety in sites.• Preparation of Daily Progress Reports.• Preparation of Weekly Progress Reports.• Preparation of sub-vendor bills.• Maintain tools & test equipment and ensure that they are properly calibrated.• Maintain and continuously improve the quality of service and standards. • Monitoring site activities like levelling, geotechnical investigation, geological mapping, reconnaissance survey, underground utility survey, market demand survey & hydrological survey.• Preparation of checklists at site.• Establishment of Ground Control Points (GCPs) for ground control survey.• Supervision of laboratory tests of collected soil samples from site.• Making and updating the completion of works and billings.
