Site Supervision of HQ Complex Building Responsibilities:Review and approve materials, shop drawings submitted by contractor and ensure compliance with contract requirements, and approved Project Construction schedule. Visit the Project site regularly to ensure the quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, approved materials and approved shop drawings. Review and approve Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) submitted by Contractor and ensure its compliance with all contract requirements. Participate in reviewing Field Design Changes submitted by Contractor and address any foreseen cost and Time Impact. Support Contracts Engineer and Cost Engineer for variations, and claims raised by Contractor. Ensure coordination between all disciplines for MEP services. Attend Technical Meetings with the Contractor, and Weekly Progress Meetings.

Review and verify claims/variations and monthly payments raised by the contractor. Monitor the testing & commissioning of the systems. Review spare parts, operation & maintenance manuals and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Review and approve submissions from the contractors and suppliers and respond to their queries. Respond to site RFIs. Attend the site meetings to resolve construction issues. Liaise with the Client, Authorities, and other stakeholders for approvals. Attend Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Manage the system Commissioning and Handing over of the project.
