As Director Operations, Signify Saudi Arabia (formerly Philips Lighting), I am managing multi-sites Manufacturing Operations with full accountability of Operations P&L.Signify is the world leader in lighting for professionals and consumers and lighting for the Internet of Things (IoT). Our Philips products, Interact connected lighting systems and data-enabled services, deliver business value and transform life in homes, buildings and public spaces. We achieved carbon neutrality in our operations in 2020. As an Operations Leader, devising & implementing short-term & long-term SMART strategic operational policies for multi-sites, improving bottom-line cost of the products, new products development & ensuring smooth operations are part of my core responsibilities & accountability. Further, sustainable & safe operation, ensuring high standards of quality exceeding customer expectations, improving productivity & organizational health, optimization of processes & human resource, developing & implementing Lean culture in manufacturing, establishing world-class engineering practices, and streamlining Industrial Supply Chain operations to ensure smooth Manufacturing operations are also part of my day-to-day responsibilities.

Reflecting on my journey with Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT), I had the privilege to lead manufacturing operations as a Site Leader / Head of Operations in Jubail Saudi Arabia. In this key Leadership role, I successfully managed E2E Manufacturing Operations with sole responsibility of the P&L. I was responsible for delivering Operations KPIs, ensuring good governance to comply with Corporate & Govt. requirements, customization of products, new products development, achieve continuous growth, develop strategies to increase revenue, market share, and increase profit margins. I led the organization & delivered optimal results in terms of safety, sustainability, profit, growth, and process optimization by utilizing the human resources at their best. In addition, I have to align the strategies with the cluster and region for achieving business short term & long term goals.During this span, I successfully managed complex projects, transformation from iScala ERP to SAP, organizational change, developed Lean Culture, provided strategic leadership to deliver high level performance in the delivery of goods & services. Implemented world class one "Honeywell Operating System (HOS)” & achieved “Silver Accreditation”.My data-driven approach and comprehensive industry knowledge have been essential in developing and executing strategic business cases, transformation strategies, and market-entry plans for new products.

During this span, I got the opportunities to work on strategic positions with Schlumberger Limited, world's largest offshore drilling company and the world's largest offshore drilling contractor by revenue;BOC Limited is a British based multinational, industrial gas company. Formerly listed on the London Stock Exchange, since 2006 it has been a subsidiary of Linde plc. Linde is the world's largest industrial gas company by market share and revenue.International Industries Limited (IIL), one of the biggest Cold Rolling Mill in the private sector; & other prominent Private & Public Limited companies.
