I worked in both AP and AR. Currently working as senior executive (Sales Account) in Panasonic Life Solution India Pvt Ltd. My job is to prepare Aging Report, Collection monitoring, Channel Finance customer outstanding invoices uploading for receipt via Bank Portal, CF available balance monitoring, Adjustments & Reconciliation of customer ledger, Interest working report on customer outstanding, Over due follow up, verification of vendor invoices for payment Etc., Previously I worked with Fujitsu General India Pvt Ltd. I am in accounts payable department. As I am working in Trading Company I used to coordinates with various department like EXIM, Marketing, Logistics, IT, HR Department. I am the person who process all vendors invoices and payment. Coordinating with the auditor for vendors related queries, schedule, reports etc., Preparation of Month MIS report, Expenses reviewing, Provision Comparison, GST reconciliation etc.,
