David is a qualified, licensed & insured Contractor in Delray Beach, FL where he owns and acts as President of Beachfront Builders. He is also part owner of Beachfront Properties, where his wife and partner is the acting real estate broker. They have a shared office downtown Delray Beach, Florida. Beachfront Builders started working in FL by buying homes that needed a lot of work, renovating them completely, and then selling them for a profit. This process is known as 'Flipping', and David and his Wife after flipping 45 homes in S. Florida, were picked up by the A&E Networks to do a full season of 'Flip Wars' where we competed with other professional 'Flippers' here in Florida, and compete with them to do the best flip, and make the most gain on each property. David & Ivana are busy filming a new show, and building custom luxury homes for investors and clients here in Sunny South Florida.David spent 6 years in the Army, grew up building homes in Minnesota and then flipping homes while living in Colorado. David is also Fluent in Spanish and now has multiple crews of guys that work on all of our projects as well as a long list of licensed and very qualified Subcontractors.
