Current-Planning, coordinating and managing construction projects phases, including projects initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.-Oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.-Identifying scope of work and contractual obligations related to construction supervision services offered to clients.-Resolving issues and conflicts during the projects lifecycles.-Establishing projects objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements.-ability to adapt with advanced systems, dealing with usual programs such as AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook, and web searching.
