As a partner at Arns Davis Law, I have almost eight years of experience in representing workers, consumers, and other injured people through complex litigation in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration. I practice in the areas of labor and employment, consumer privacy, sexual abuse, civil rights, elder abuse, and mass torts. I also represent families in wrongful death actions. I have earned multiple honors and recognition for my legal skills and achievements, such as the Super Lawyers Rising Star and the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.In addition to being a litigator, I am also a mediator and a public servant. I am serving my second four-year term as an elected Trustee on the Palo Alto Unified School District Board of Education, where I have served since 2018. I am committed to providing quality education to every student, especially our least supported and struggling students, in the community where I grew up and now live with my wife and two daughters. I have also volunteered my services to resolve community disputes through the City of Palo Alto’s mediation program, using the skills I have gained as a plaintiff's attorney and a public officeholder.
