I carried out my master's thesis titled "Determination of allele frequency and genotype distribution of single nucleotide polymorphisms in Human sepsis related genes using Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP) analysis" and it dealt with the determination of genotype and allele frequency of three separate SNPs in three separate genes (C5, TNF – α, TLR 4) related to human sepsis using RFLP analysis.
