Job Responsibility:• Responsible for maintaining the schedule of machine maintenance with power management• Take the charge of electrical, mechanical, electronic & machine maintenance related functions of the company.• Plan, organize & control all maintenance works• Supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively• Maintain accurate & up to date records of factory maintenance.• Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective.• Maintain and manage all types of machines with routine servicing/ check up in a cost-effective way• Need to pursue all electrical and mechanical works for operation and maintenance of power equipment like Sub- Station, AVR, ATS, Electrical panel board etc.• Need to pursue operation and maintenance of Air Conditioner (AC), Fire Fighting system, CCTV System, Telephone System (PABX).• Maintain Fire safety related work like protection and detection system.• Maintain Sustainability and report.• Attend weekly meeting with top management.• Handle all kinds of safety audits (RSC, social audits) and prepare electrical/Fire safety CAP and update accordingly as per requirements; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment. And maintain audit related documents like ACCORD, Alliance and others for electrical safety, fire safety and building safety related issues.• Communicate and take responsibility of all Government Authority for License/Clearance Certificates of Generator, Boiler, and Environment NOC from DoE.

Job Responsibility:• Plan and Supervise, Develop, and Implement strategic plans to optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and enhance overall productivity; Coordinate with other dept. & ensure smooth operation of the plant;• Preventive Maintenance and Operational activities maintenance of the Generator, 11KV Substation, switchgear, Boiler, Air Compressor, DWP, Motor, Inverter, Air Conditioning, Steam line and Compressed Air, FDS, Fire Hydrant and Pump controlling;• Handle all kinds of safety audits (RSC, social audits) and prepare electrical/Fire safety CAP and update accordingly as per requirements; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment.

Job responsibility:• To be responsible for smooth functioning of Utility equipment and machineries such as Sub-station, Power plants, Generator, Compressor, Boiler etc.• To be responsible for maintenance, repair, installations of all equipment, machineries under utilities.• Assist and report management for all official matters.• Follow and manage any other instruction provided by Maintenance Manager or management as and when required
