Success in the marketplace begins in the workplace! I build people strategies that not only tackle some of the pain points that leaders are experiencing with retention, but I also provide leaders guidance on how to promote a workplace culture that empowers people to thrive.My overall objective is to understand and address operational challenges that are impacting organizational health and work with leaders using discovery techniques to uncover how to best optimize talent, highlight operational inefficiencies, communication breakdowns, siloing, resistance to change, performance concerns, and other opportunities for improvement.- Consult with executives on strategic talent management decisions related to internal mobility, engagement and retention.- Consult with leadership to build a company culture that enriches employee experiences and feeds their sense of purpose.In addition to my role as HR Business Partner I am also the Co-chair for U.S. Engineering's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Council. As Co-chair I am responsible for managing the composition of the Council, running meetings and setting the agenda. Most importantly, as Co-chair, I partner with the CEO and CHRO to develop strategies that embed D&I into the organization’s strategic objectives to empower the business to prioritize the topic in day-to-day operations.
