Organizational Development Specialist
Current-Manages all aspects of career pathways and professional development at SAM-Develops trainings and programs to support KSA development for staff at all levels of organization-Conducts organizational assessments and feedback evaluations to identify trends and effectiveness of OD efforts-Implemented a new, organization-wide mentorships program to connect staff across museum departments, enhance manager and leadership skills, and promote a culture of mutual support and belonging within the museum-Manages all aspects of SAM internships programs, including administration & budgeting, grant support, report outs to key stakeholders, full cycle recruitment and hiring, engagement, and alumni relations.-Partners with local community organizations to recruit a skilled and diverse candidate pool for internships, and trains hiring committees and managers on best practices for equitable hiring.-Supports HR functions as needed including hiring and onboarding, payroll, employee relations, transportation benefits administration, and federal/state compliance reporting-Proficiency with HRIS and ATS applications, including ADP and JazzHR
