Key clients include ORYX GTL, NKOM, Waseef, Qatar Fuel, Dolphin Energy, Qatar Energy, MME, and Qatar Power, along with many other major industrial clients in MIC, RLIC, and DIC.Job Context Manage and uphold a comprehensive waste management plan for smooth operations.Use problem-solving approaches for waste collection, storage, transportation, and disposal.Face the challenge of overseeing waste operations with major Oil & Gas clients, handling both hazardous and non-hazardous waste, especially during turnarounds with a tight schedule.Key Job Accountabilities:Organize daily tasks, site visits, and reports to ensure adherence to the waste management plan.Coordinate with Operations Supervisor, Foreman, and Sorting In-charge for consistent operational excellence, providing feedback for team improvement.Inspect Waste Transfer Station and Company facilities regularly, overseeing waste operations from collection to disposal.Support Internal Waste Management Plans for day-to-day operational needs, enhancing environmental performance.Supervise the Waste Management Team, ensuring coordination for on-call requirements.Review contractor documentation for safety and efficiency, including work scope, method statements, and permits.Assist contract and billing teams in verifying completion reports and invoices from external contractors.Compile waste inventory and disposal reports, ensuring compliance.Support turnaround planning, being available for day/night shifts during client shutdowns.Participate in technical evaluations of waste management tenders and implement guidelines for safety in field locations and facilities.
