My name is Kelly McNally and I manage and recruit for the USAID-funded Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) program at Partners of the Americas in Washington, D.C. F2F is a program that promotes economic development and food security abroad by sending volunteer technical specialists from the U.S. to Latin America to provide technical assistance to producers, cooperatives, agribusinesses, NGO’s, and educational institutions. Our program covers all volunteer costs including airfare, lodging, meals, insurance, and any other assignment-related expenses. I am reaching out to see if you or anyone in your network is interested in carrying out the following assignment: Crop Scheduling Specialist – Guyana (15 days in September-October 2019)While shadehouse cultivation has allowed farmers in Guyana to plant independent of the rainy season, shadehouse space is costly and producers struggle to optimize their production planning throughout the year to remain profitable.  To help farmers on this topic, a F2F volunteer is requested to train farmers to implement effective production planning to better avoid difficulties and inefficiencies during the crop cycle.  It is expected that at the end of the assignment, beneficiaries will be able to apply the recommended techniques to schedule the production of their vegetables for specific markets. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to discuss the program or assignment in further detail. We organise various sporting events for the armed forces of our 134 member countries. Soldiers, who may previously have met on the battle field, now meet in friendship on the sports playing field. This is in accordance with the philosophy and the ideals which were set in CISM’s mission statement in 1998, signed by all the member countries. The mission of Officer Candidates School (OCS) is to educate and train officer candidates in Marine Corps knowledge and skills within a controlled, challenging, and chaotic environment IOT evaluate and screen individuals for the leadership, moral, mental, and physical qualities required for commissioning as a Marine Corps officer.

Directly responsible for managing the Career Planning Program for the CO; Managed the Transition Program simultaneously providing service members assistance separating from the Marine Corps; Prepared, reviewed service record books, provided accurate and detailed reenlistment packages, and reviewed and submitted tracked packages accurately; Collaborated with other Career Planners and worked effortlessly wihin a team environment; Coordinate meetings, Video tele-Conference(VTC) and arranged conferences to foster an environment of professional work; Served as Unit Transition Counselor, worked closely with the Marine Corps Base UTC Manager to insure Marines received appropriate classes prior to separation; Supervised, Trained, and managed other Career Planners aboard various bases; Provided periods of instruction using PowerPoint, video, handouts, internet; Directly responsible for scheduling Briefs and coordinating the set up of necessary audio visual equipment; Reviewed all waiver packages dealing with alcohol DUI, drugs, domestic violence for accuracy, strict compliance with current regulations prior to forwarding to the Commanding General for signature; Managed the retention of over 1000+ Marines on a yearly basis; Provided numerous briefs to Marines and their family members on the benefits of the Marine Corps in large groups and small personal group settings; Interviewed 1500+ Marines yearly and provided sage advice pertaining to career, finance and advancement; Established the base processing of the Post 9/11 GI Bill and educated both the Career Planners and the base administrators on the subject; Supervised and provided training to over 100 Career Planners in the Marine Corps; Coordinated the transportation, lodging, schedule for the annual command retention visits to Marine Corps Bases and Stations; Scheduled required service schools for personnel to attend via the Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS)
