Production Manager for L&C department.• Manage the day-to-day operation of the department assigned.• Manage department calendar.• Identify existing and potential areas that may affect the schedule and prepare solutions to ensure that problem areas are solved.• Directly contact the client in regards to department briefs, information and arranging meetings.• Arrange production and departmental crew meetings.• Attend meetings and record meeting minutes during department, production and client meetings.

My responsibility as an executive game designer was to develop puzzles and interactive elements that allow players to work together as a team and use their wits to have a fun one in a life time experience.My role starts from the initial concept and working closely with the Chief Design Officer or liaising with the clients to identify and define the project objectives. Then I will work together with the project manager to prepare the project tasks, budget & timeline before coordinating the project to our creative design team, operation team and production team. In order to ensure the games are produced on time and according to standard, it is necessary to quality check and monitor the project every step of the way until the final product is completed and delivered. Job responsibilities:- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills to create visions into reality.- Sketch/ research/ concept ideas of puzzles and interactive gaming experiences for players to enjoy.- Assign, coordinate and monitor the progress of the project from the creative design team, operation team and production team to complete the project on time, within budget and meet the industry standards.- Communicate with the clients, licensee, contractors, interior designers and partners to ensure the project objectives and requirements are met.- Work closely together with the Chief Design Office & Project Manager to confirm the concept, prepare the programs, resources, timeline and budget for the project.- Supervise and monitor the construction works in respect to the specifications, quality and time of completion.- Carry out final inspections and handover upon completion of work.- Train the intern and juniors to help them learn and improve their abilities for their daily tasks.
