Projector, Sound, Network, WAN, CCTV, & Desktop/Laptop.3. Managing all IT equipment like POS, Desktops, Kiosks, Printers, LCD’s, LED Walls, EDC, and other IT equipment.4. Maintaining log of each incident and building knowledge base document (Management of MAXIMO, call logging and timely closure of calls as per SOP, shift handover)5. Managing KDM and content availability from vendor (Check schedule, follow-ups with service providers or programming team for content and KDM)
