Dr. Shpend Imeri is the General Manager at High Level Training Institute. Previously he worked as an International Training Consultant for various professional development institutes in Dubai and several academies as Accreditation Manager. Dr. Imeri lead the Energy Centre at EVN Macedonia while simultaneously served as Councilor at the Municipality of Tetovo for budget control as well as project manager for energy efficiency.Previously Dr Imeri was a Regional Key Account Manager for the same company (EVN Macedonia) and corporate officer at Corporate Banking Division at Stopnaska Banka AD – Member of National Bank of Greece and part time lecturer at FON University. He holds a BA (HONS) in Business Studies majoring in Marketing, MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management - both from the University of Sheffield, UK –as well as a Doctorate of Science in Management (Quality Management) from University for Peace established by United Nations.Currently Dr. Shpend Imeri is a member at GAFM ® Global Advisory Council - Board of Standards and holds a visiting professorship at the University of Vaasa besides serving as advisory board member Hegemonia OY Finland, external consultant at South East European University TechPark and, Associate Partner at New Mind Executives and a co-founder of Innovative Insulation Systems. He has been invited to provide guest lecturing in many universities and institutions such as South East University TechPark as well as he has been delivering professional development training's in the are of HR, Business Coaching, Customer Service, Sales and more. His area of research interests include Total Quality Management, HR & Leadership,Project Management, Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, Innovation and SME's, Knowledge and IT Management. Dr. Imeri has published papers in various International Conferences and journals.
