- Lead in four short films in 2019- Two of my short films are currently doing the film festival circuit. Justice Be a Mother has won best Drama Short and I've been officially selected in the best actor, female category at another film festival. American Hate is also getting a lot of attention and has been officially selected for Best Short Film at multiple festivals.- I was also principle cast in two major, national commercials this year (2020), one of which is currently on air.

Having experienced and embracing transition at every point in my life, living in four different countries, and working as an actress, presenter, and finally a Mind and Body Specialist, I know what change is all about. Born and brought up in South Africa, I went on to live in New York, Mumbai and thereafter London. My passion for wellness and success in all fields led me on to Quantum Biofeedback Therapy - a revolution in health and medicine - which I studied at The Quantum Alliance.I've worked extensively with clients in the UK of all ages and with a vast array of issues - mental, emotional and physical.I choose to focus on relationship coaching in this field, because I feel relationships are at the heart of positive transformation, especially the relationship you have with yourself.
