1. Mission, policy and planning: Identifying problems and opportunities and addressing them; bringsthose which are appropriate to the trust; and, facilitating discussion and deliberation; design andimplement various organization policies.2. Management and administration: Providing general oversight of all SNEH Foundation’s initiatives,managing the day-to-day operations, and assure smoothly functioning of the current initiatives. Assureprogram quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standardsand controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation. Assure a work environment thatrecruits, retains and supports quality staff and volunteers. Design process for selecting, development,motivating, and evaluating staff and volunteers. Recommend staffing and financing to the Board ofTrustees.3. Governance: Help the trust and the board articulate its own roles and responsibilities and evaluateperformance regularly. Create a long-term strategy with the board members for organization’s growth.4. Finance: Overseeing the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit.Work with Board/Trust to ensure financing to support short- and long-term goals. Assure an effectivefund development program and if required hiring and supervising an individual responsible for thisactivity. Help the Board and its development committee design, implement and monitor a viablefundraising plan, policies and procedures. Participate actively in identifying, cultivating and solicitingdonor prospects.5. Community Relations: Facilitating the integration of SNEH Foundation into the fabric of thecommunity by using effective marketing and communications activities. Creating a social mediamarketing strategy to reach out to donors/volunteers. Communicating with the clients, donors and thecommunity to improve the services and generate community involvement. Acting as a chiefspokesperson of SNEH Foundation.
