Preparation of request for quotation RFQ as per requisition received from Vessel.Vendor research, selection of potential suppliers, and negotiating price and contract conditions.Selection of vendor based on cost, quality, and capacity of the vendor.Forwarding competitive vendor's quotation to the vessel for approval.Co-ordination with a captain for their requirements, Placing purchase orders with the supplier as per the vessel's requirements.Follow up with the supplier as needed to confirm or change the order.Follow up with vendor for timely delivery of goods.Maintaining purchase order registers.Liaise with vessel staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.Follow up with the supplier if the vessel found any discrepancy in the supply.Calculateing purchase orders to follow price quotes and reductions.Updating the vessel's supplies in MER reports and sending the same to the vessel in every Month.Review month-end reports and send summary Victualling reports based on MER received from the vessel at the end of every month.Inform the vessel if their monthly consumption is found on the higher side compared to approving the budget.Maintaining a record of Invoices & supplier's payments.Record Bank Reconciliation, Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment Entries in Quick Book.

Verify approval on all invoices and checks.Vendor Bill booking, Payment, balance confirmation, and reconciliation.Payment approval, Processing of creditors' payment & Preparation of cheques.Maintain salary records monthly & report to Manager Accounts.Preparation of MIS reports Monthly and send the report to all members of the CompanyMaintaining petty Cash & Bank book transactions on a dailybasis dailyHandling petty transactions. & Bank work like NEFT, RTGS Transfer.
