Manages operations of service and delivery of patient meals a-la carte style service. Working with a staff of 200 FSW, involved with finance, budgeting, Quality and compliance, scheduling, in addition to daily operations and recruiting. Working with union workers and managing ELR cases. Directly managing 2 Patient Dining Manager, who manager 6 supervisors. I am the head of Patient Dining overseeing the cost center and the department operations.
