Roles and Responsibility: Sourcing and Candidate Screening: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Job Posting and Advertisements: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, company websites, and social media platforms. Optimize job postings to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to establish rapport and trust. Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process, provide timely feedback, and act as a point of contact for any inquiries or concerns. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide interview preparation guidance to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Utilize an ATS to manage and track candidate information, maintain an organized candidate database, and generate reports and analytics. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. Knowledge of complete life cycle of recruitment sourcing candidates, scheduling technical interviews, salary or rate negotiations, immigration, and onboarding. Others: Understanding of IT technologies, knowledge of various recruiting practices, Corp to Corp, W2, H1B, US Citizens, GC, EAD-OPT/ GC/ H4/ and TN Visa, Job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder and Indeed), Company database, LinkedIn & Bulk E-Mailing.
