•Business Assurance Consultant for HSBC MENA, I am a part of 6 recruitment coordinators, I educate recruiters with understanding how each data point for the offer letter is used, supporting them with managing data integrity and Audit.•Ensure correct data is maintained in Recruitment Systems and paper files through regular auditing andarchiving.•Conduct Pre and/or Post Offer Checks audit for the client(s) covering legal compliance (region specific)•Conducting business assurance for MENA team - complete recruitment lifecycle and creating offers for all GCB levels (FT and Graduates)•Attending Team Leader Meetings and making sure the team is aligned according to their SLA.•Translation of offers into Arabic language and connect with recruitment managers and collaborate.
