Responsibilities: - Engaging in full lifecycle recruiting – from reviewing applications to scheduling to offers- Working with the VP of HR and the hiring managers to learn about, prioritize, and execute critical hiring needs- Tracking open requirement pipelines daily and following up with hiring manager/interviewers for updates on candidates in the interview process- Screening resumes and pre-screening candidates to determine fit for each requirement to get candidate salary expectations, start timeline and citizenship status- Keeping each candidate profile updated with notes/feedback in ATS- Sharing resume with hiring managers to determine fit and if moving candidate forward. Reply to each and every candidate with current status.- Scheduling interviews with candidates and internal team members- Working with the VP of HR and hiring manager on offer details- Passing new hire details to HR Generalist after offer is signed for on-boarding- Keeping all job postings updated in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, company website, and other job boards- Interacting with international HR team members to keep reporting updated globally- Sending weekly recruiting report to CEO, VP of HR, and CFO

Fall 2021:- Worked with an organization design consulting firm focused on creating inclusive organizations. - Partnered with the firm’s Founders to develop a program to strengthen relationships with their network of independent contractors.

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. is a private American geostationary communications satellite operator and manufacturer.Responsibilities:- Posting job positions across different platforms like Indeed, Angellist, YC and Handshake.- Reviewing and reaching out to applicants through the job boards.- Scheduling all the candidates from phone interview 1 to final onsite (virtual) interview. Making sure the pipeline is running smoothly across the ATS – Lever.- Hosting onsite virtual interviews.- Keeping positive communication with the candidate throughout the interview process and making sure they are comfortable.- Helping the recruiting team communicate effectively with the hiring manager, when they have questions regarding anything.- Performing administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team.- Making sure to maintain the daily recruiting report.

Fall 2020:- Worked on L&D Digital Transformation project for a multinational information technology company, using Design thinking, Lean and Agile methodology.- Surveyed 60 key stakeholders globally to find out where they need support for Digital Transformation at their location and interviewed 17 key stakeholders to find more qualitative data.- Made visual analytical graphs for the client, to better understand the end recommendation.

Responsibilities: - Sourced and screened candidates per day through different ATS including Naukri, LinkedIn etc. - Submitted the relevant resumes to the manager for further screening. - Used the skills such as calendar management for lining up interviews for the clients. Sourced for clients like Brilio, Capgemini, Global Colliance, ZealHieghts, MMT, etc. I’ve worked for both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
