With over 15 years of experience in the finance and construction sectors, I hold an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from NMIMS and an MS in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to manage complex and diverse projects in the digital lending domain.In my current role, I lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance the digital capabilities and offerings of Poonawalla Fincorp, as well as forge strategic partnerships with fintech and tech companies. I manage multiple digital projects and ensure timely and quality delivery, using Microsoft Project and other tools. I also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and build long-term relationships. I have successfully delivered several tech and process automation implementations, resulting in improved operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. I am passionate about driving digital transformation and innovation in the lending industry, and I aim to create value for the customers, the company, and the society.
