I am currently serving as Scientist II at Morphocell Technologies in Montreal, Canada, where I support pre-clinical safety and efficacy studies. My role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams for further development under strict timelines. My bench-based proficiencies extend to functional cellular assay development, flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, infection models, iPSC culture, 3D lung organoids, high-throughout screens in several disease areas. My doctoral research at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, USA, contributed to advancements in therapies for acute viral pneumonia and respiratory viral infections. Notably, our team's basic research findings were translated into early COVID-19 clinical trials, highlighting the impactful research.In addition to my research roles, I have co-founded and co-chaired EACARE (EArly and Mid CAreer REsearch Network) at McGill University Health Center, where I focused on improving opportunities for postdocs in mentorship, teaching, and grant-writing.
