He has considerable international experience having lived and worked in three continents and has been recognized as a Top 100 Chief Digital Officer by independent publications.As Chief Transformation Officer at Catalyst Health Group, he is responsible for spearheading Digital and Data solutions to advance primary care, transform senior health and enhance delivery of value based care. Before that, As Chief Digital Officer at EssilorLuxottica (global leader dedicated to improving lives by improving sight, via vision care brands, provider networks and managed vision care), he established global Digital and Data centers of excellence to drive better vision outcomes for patients, simplify eye care provider experience, and generate new revenue streams for the business. As the General Manager for the US Contact Lens business (complete P&L accountability for triple digit millions in sales), he delivered double digit sales growth and transformed the business model leveraging omnichannel capabilities. Prior to that, he served as a client service executive at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), partnering with some of the world's leading consumer and healthcare companies on their growth, Digital, and Transformation agenda. Early in his career, he held various product and engineering roles at Motorola.He is a proud MBA alumnus of the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, as well as holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering.
