With a focus on creating solutions across web and mobile platforms, my team and I deliver user-centered designs that cater to a diverse range of stakeholders, from healthcare professionals to patients, partners and employees. I have received several awards, including the Microsoft MVP Award, the Medtronic CIO Award, the Medtronic Star of Excellence Award, and the Medtronic GIDE Award for Inclusion & Diversity.Our User Experience Research & Design team in Medtronic IT harnesses the power of human-centered design thinking to unravel complex digital challenges. Our approach to solution design ensures that every interaction is crafted with the end user in mind, facilitating seamless, accessible digital experiences in a complex, highly-regulated landscape.
