 Generating, preparing, reconciling, consolidating financial reports and related analysis for Cost Centers, Business Unit and Balance Sheet items. Preparing & consolidating and providing analysis on various monthly reports like analysis of monthly outside services expenditure, software & hardware maintenance expense analysis by business unit wise/cost center wise & customer wise. Preparing Open PO Accrual report and CAPEX expenditure report while monthly closing.  Budgeting and Variance Analysis of actual expenditure over projected CAPEX & OPEX expenditure. Reconciling GL with daily cash activities from bank and rectifying the differences, if any. Maintaining monthly reports of key software usage (SPLA) and implementation. Credit Approval which includes credit assessment and evaluation of degree of risk involved in implementation of large project for new/existing customer. Accounts payables and Vendor relationship management to insure timely payment and resolving issues of vendor regarding due payment. Division queue maintenance which include indentifying company invoices, verifying the usage of services mentioned in invoices, updating correct GL coding and routing it for approval and payment. Software assets management which include recoding of company software license information, usage verification, renewal of licenses and its maintenance. It does also include negotiation with vendor for favorable pricing and usage terms for the company.
