Responsibilities Handling as Mechanical Engineer:1. Preparation of Quantity Take-off and BOQ’s for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical services as per project Specification and requirements. 2. Preparation of concept design drawings & Cost Estimations for high-rise Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings, fit-outs and restaurants. prepare submit shop drawings to authorities DM, DEWA, DCD and get approvals. 3. Perform the Cooling load calculations using HAP software, air terminals selection, duct accessories. 4. Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings along with sections and elevation views as per requirements prior to start for site executions works.5. Equipment selection and designing of Ducting for AC, basement ventilation, smoke extraction, staircase pressurization.6. Preparation of kitchen exhaust systems calculations and select Ecology units and exhaust and fresh air fans as per the design calculations for restaurants, Hotels, Food preparation kitchen areas.7. Preparation of various project estimations and preparation of project tender documents and technical submissions. 8. Conduct site inspections and Preparing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for MEP services and submit to the clients. 9. Conduct meetings with clients for project negotiations. 10. Preparation of all technical documents and submittals as per project standards.11. Preparation of the site execution schedule along with method statements, Risk-assessments documents and undertaking letters as per the requirements.12. Handling site execution team and General supervision and inspection of mechanical system at site.13. Generate / Review material requisitions, submittals and ensure contract performance measures are met as per WO and PO.14. Maintain healthy relationships and coordinate with other engineers.15. Overall construction, execution, maintenance & other operation activities at site.

Responsibilities Handled as MEP Design Engineer:1. Designing of H.V.A.C and Plumbing water supply and drainage systems in High-Rise Residential building. 2. Technical submission of all internal and external water supply and drainage drawings systems, all water meter rooms and water supply demand calculations to DEWA & DM authorities. 3. MEP Coordination, Quantity Takeoff and Preparation of BOQ’s, Work allotment/Monitoring, Material procurement/management.4. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to communicate proficiently.5. Possess comprehensive knowledge about application of International Standards like ASTM, ASHRAE, and DEWA, during site Execution and testing and commission. 6. Trustworthy and systematic in supervising people with efficient leadership skills, positive attitude, and great amount of hard work.7. Skilled in designing of Air Distribution System (Ducting) and selection of accessories such as diffusers, grilles, insulation, VCD’s & Fire dampers. 7. Preparing shop drawings from the concept drawing.8. Re-Design the HVAC and Plumbing system as per site conditions. 9. Preparing as-built drawings of MEP Services as per site condition.Responsibilities Handled as MEP Site Engineer in PALCO:1. Preparing method statement, material submittal complying with the specification and getting the consultants approval.2. Preparation of Material request in conformity to the project requirement.3. Check shop drawings, coordination drawings and specifications of the project to ensure the results indicated are being achieved well.4. Execution of MEP Systems such as HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting systems, Drainage system, Water supply line and sanitary fixtures. 5. Raising work inspection reports (WIR’s) , Material Inspection reports(MIR’s) and clearing all SOR’s ( Site observation Reports) from consultants and raising RFI’s in accordance with the approved shop drawings.

Responsibilities Handled 1. Designing and calculations of HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting.2. Preparing design Tender drawings and Tender documents.3. Preparing GFC drawings, quantity take off and cost estimation.4. Preparing shop drawings from the contract drawing.5. Heating & cooling Load Calculations (Using HAP) by using relevant international codes and standards for HVAC, particularly ASHRAE, ISHRAE, National building codes. 6.Heating & cooling Load Calculations Using E20 Chart and manually can be done by using ASHRAE, ISHRAE & NBC Data books.7. HVAC calculations including ESP, Head loss etc.8. Preparing Design & Drafting of Fire Protection systems, FA&PA using NFPA, NBC Standards.9. Preparing technical specifications and product details for tender drawings & shop drawings.10. Preparing schematic diagrams.11. Preparing Sectional Drawings.12. Selection of duct fitting, pump & pipe fittings as per the requirements and site conditions.
