Worked on participants' data and report analysis, report reviews, data collation, data interpretation using relius software, and also check various types of documentation.2. Reconciled discrepancies efficiently and in a timely manner for customers.Adjudication of operations activities like setting up new distributions requests (such as Termination, In-Service, Hardship, RMD, Loan Default, Death, Fee -out, Manual billing, Corrective etc), making payments, refunds, adding broker details accordingly.3. Update participants dashboard, handling queries from participants based on payment issues.participants and client's documentation for record updates as well as resolve daily and monthly queries of client.4. Responsible for accurate input of system information, ensure timely, efficient processing and sustain support to other divisions.5. To coordinate regularly with manager to discuss work status, issues, projections, assumptions and suggestion for process improvement.6. Distribution Check payable to a participant for their requirements like check, Rollover, ACH and plan to plan transfer.7. Worked under plans like SCHWAB, MIDATLANTIC, INGHAM, BENCOR.8.
