* I dealt with direct Amazon employees in the United States as an HR manager myself.* There was a total of four departments I handled, including PLOA-Personal Leave of Absence, CTK- Centralized Time Keeping, STD-Short Term Disability and quality, which was all about approval, denial and review of leaves and related requests to further process their payroll, based on the type of leaves taken.* Leaves processed varied from personal, bereavement, voluntary, sickness etc., wherein, for the latter, I had to verify their health documents and contact the employees and healthcare providers to process insurance based on the eligibility criteria laid down by the company.* Developed a strong rapport with customers and created a positive impression of business. * Conducted regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.* Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities through the HRMS.* Handling client calls and their queries.
