I am a seasoned project management and operations executive who has driven strategic initiatives, managed complex problems, and resolved conflicts to achieve set goals and create a lasting impact in the organizations I have worked for. Working with the top management of global and high-growth real estate companies in India and Dubai for nearly a decade has allowed me to learn from the best and from close quarters. Having an unconventional career as a civil engineer has empowered me to be able to look at the bigger picture in any given business, thrive in uncertain situations, and move forward with unwavering perseverance. Driving change has been a constant across the companies I have worked for. I was one of the first employees of Arada Developments (Dubai) and worked with the CEO and championed team building, process optimization, business strategy, and multiple product launches to become the fastest growing real estate company in the GCC region within 4 years of establishment. I have also worked for the Chairman of Sobha Group as the firm's stakeholder manager to deliver projects in the prestigious District One community in Dubai by creating efficient teams, systems, processes, and reporting structures. As the representative of the decision-makers of the firms I have worked for, I have excelled in stakeholder management, effective team building, creative thinking, and problem-solving.With the knowledge and experience I have gained so far, coupled with the skillset I will gain from my MBA, I would like to pivot towards solving global business problems across industries while creating an impact within and outside the organizations I work for.
