- Successfully completed 3 months’ internship at ABB India Ltd – HR group. Being associated with an MNC head quartered at Zurich and with presence in 180+ countries, gave a rich insight into the carefully drafted processes & procedures that are universally accepted.- Besides, being introduced to the various facets of company like Organization, business models and various sub-functions within HR, I was also assigned a live project that envisaged actual use of these tools and processes deployed in the recruitment of permanent staff.
