Project Description: AAA (American Automobile Association) is an Insurance company that has offices across 15 states in the country. Each State has its own Digital Platform through which one can purchase Membership or Auto/Home Insurance instead of going to an agent. The Project is “P&C Digital Self – Service Re-plat forming” which is divided into multiple phases. In the first phase, we were targeting Digital Re-plat forming for 3 states which are FL, GA and TN Responsibilities:• Experience with report development using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)• Worked on SQL Server Integration Services SSIS to integrate and analyze data from multiple heterogeneous information sources.• Created SSIS packages to load data into Data Warehouse using various SSIS Tasks like execute SQL task, bulk insert task, data flow task, file system task, execute package task.

Project Description:When a contract is cancelled, the dealer must repay the advance balance to Credit Acceptance. This is typically done by issuing a credit memo & offsetting the dealer’s funding on the next contract originated. However, many dealers do not originate a subsequent contract, resulting in an outstanding credit memo. Credit memos that remain open more than 270 days are typically closed, and we do not do anything to collect on the unrecovered advance. Over the years, this has created a significant balance of unrecovered dealer advances: for contracts canceled since 2014, there are nearly $18M in uncollected credit memos and this figure could increase by as much as $6M per year if not addressed. The Scope of this project was to collect the Advance for all the Reassigned Contracts.Roles and Responsibilities:• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats• Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications• Recommend controls by identifying problems by writing improved procedures• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems, publishing progress reports; recommending actions.• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports• Analyze client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.• Conduct functional, regression, user acceptance, integration, and performance testing to verify the user’s needs are met.• Communicate business requirements by constructing easy- to-understand data and process models• Identify and reconcile errors in data to ensure accurate business requirements.• Draft and maintain business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements.

Project Description:The IBS Enterprise Upgrade is an Animal Health project to upgrade the IBS system from version 4.8 (AS400) to the most current version available - IBS Enterprise 2016 version 9.0.Also known as AS400. IBS is the enterprise ERP software used at MWI to process business transactions across the company. IBS also interfaces with other key systems including E3, SCALE, and Data Warehouse. With this upgrade, new SSRS reports were created to replace IBS reporting functionality that will not be brought forward with the upgrade. Roles & Responsibilities: • Developed and Optimized Stored Procedures, Views, and User-Defined Functions for the Application• Developed different types of tabular reports, matrix reports, charts and graph reports that aggregate data using SQL Server Reporting Services.• Responsible for setting up subscriptions of the reports viaSQL Reports Distribution (SQL-RD)• Embedded the reports on to application using MS Report Viewer in Visual Studio 2010.• SQL query optimization in SSRS by designing required indexes partitions after analysis using SQL profiler and examining execution plans in SQL server Management studio.• Generated multi parameterized reports in MS SSRS allowing users the ability to make selections before executing reports; thus, making them user friendly.• Planned the complete backup (with suitable recovery model) of various Databases.• Created Clustered and Non- Clustered Indexes on tables for performance optimization of complex stored procedures.• Performance tuning of the stored procedures, user defined functions and long running queries.• Responsible for keeping system and databases up to date by making necessary changes.• Providing information and assistance to the Database Architects on physical models, setup and maintenance of metadata.• Managing data issues]

Project Description: Web Census global internet data collection is a complex and dynamic system. A Centralized tool on a Nielsen target technology stack is needed to ensure data quality and improve the accuracy and timeliness of monitoring capabilities currently in existence.
