With over five years of experience in the development sector, I bring a wealth of expertise in partnerships and communications, with a particular focus on blue-collar labour, gender, and technology in global value chains. I keep writing and contributing to the program development for the on-demand digital platform economy as this area of work is close to my heart. I help businesses make sense of changing due diligence needs and their environmental and social responsibility. I have spearheaded projects on DEI and ESG in the garment and automotive sectors.My work has spanned critical areas such as sustainability, living wages, the digital platform economy, gender, labor, and migration, collaborating closely with digital labor start-ups and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers in the garment, automobile, and food & beverages sectors. I work closely with India's budding start-up entrepreneurs and help them understand labor challenges in the digital platform economy. I've partnered with esteemed international organizations, including the International Organization for Migration, the International Labour Organization, and the United Nations Population Fund. I have worked on BMGF-funded projects to deliver DEI impact in India's automobile industry. A 'Best Student' from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences with a Master’s in Women’s Studies and a B.tech in Computer Science, I now reside in the serene Himalayas.
