• Working as a Casting yard In-Charge.• Pre-Casting of Box girder segments for main carriage way and Approach ramps and I-Girders, Friction slab, Fascia panels and RE wall panels.• Transverse stressing (post tensioning) & grouting works for box girders.• Additionally looking deck finishing works like Stitch joints, median, Crash barrier.• Initially did Bored cast in-situ Pile, Pile cap, piers and pier caps, Anti dislodgement blocks and Pedestal Casting work.• Completed Lateral and static pile load tests. • Attending internal and Client Meetings.• BBS Preparation and Sub-contractor Billing.• Mobilization & Casting yard establishment setup works like casting bed, stacking bed, rebar fabrication shed, batching plant, gantry foundations, labour colony and other civil works.
