I have over 25 years of experience working in the areas of Coaching, Counselling, Training and Therapy.Through these years, I have developed expertise with various ways of helping people fit into new roles, overcome their limitations, address their obstacles and learn new skills required to work with other people.Our belief systems are like the tracks on which the engine of our life runs. Most of us aren't even aware of all the beliefs we hold. It is so intrinsic to our natures that we do not question it. we make it our "identity". Many of our deepest issues tend to be tied up with them and when we are not able to access those deeply held core beliefs or uncover our deepest issues, we continue with the patterns that are a result .As a therapist/ coach, i usually work one on one with my clients, unless its with couples or parents. While group work helps, individual sessions provide you insight into your own unique patterns of thought and behavior.I have also been a trainer/ coach in the area of communication and leadership at various MNC's, in the L&D space. While knowledge is easy to gain-especially with the access everyone has, to so much information- it becomes an overload and its utility value is lost. Reading books, gathering information online, talking to friends can help to a certain degree, however to make a real shift it is useful to take help from those who have walked that path and have the relevant experience and competence to support your journey.People wanting to lose weight- read / talk about and try so many different ideas. however, going to a competent authority on the subject saves them a lot of effort, time and money and helps them advance to their goals. Same for developing communication skills, leadership skills, dealing with anxiety, depression, relationships, or even phobias.I hold two masters degrees, one in mathematics and the other in Psychology. I am also a trained therapist , certified as an Integrated clinical hypnotherapist and a transpersonal regression therapist .In addition, I have been certified in a host of psychometric tools, which I apply as needed for organizational interventions or Individual coaching. and I tie all this together, while working with my clients.Do reach out if you have any questions.
