Almost 24 years of experience in Design Engineering and Turnkey Project Coordination for Bulk Material Handling Crushing/Screening/Conveyor System. At TRF I had great exposure to design of Material handling equipment’s such as Screen, Vibrating feeders, Stacker-Reclaimer, Belt feeder, Rail mounted crane. From ECEL Faridabad I moved from Material handling equipment design to design of Road mounted Pick and Carry cranes, Rough Terrain cranes, etc. At Terex I had a wide exposure to various design standards pertaining to Crane , AWP & MHPS where I was looking after various requirements of Global sites. In brief the personal synopses are as follows. o Managing the product development & plant layout including requirement analysis, finalising specifications, designing, prototype development and testing activities.o Deftness of working in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing for the determination of market requirements on product features and performance, and with Production for successful completion & manufacturing of new products.o Adept at conducting techno-economic feasibility studies to evaluate the feasibility of projects and ensure completion of projects within the time & budgeted parameters.o Hands-on experience in the design and development of new products including designing technical specifications, selection of major aggregates bought-outs.o Skilled in Design of structure, hydraulics, drive-line transmission, pneumatics etc.o Overall Vehicle Integration for Rail/Road mounted Construction Equipment. as per CMVR/ARAIo Fault Diagnosis/DFMEA and supervision during installation and maintenance of equipment.o Estimating Steels and Preparation of Technical specifications for Projects pre/post Tender activities.o Refurbishment & Renovation for Rail/Road mounted Equipment’s & Conveyor system.
