CurrentHaving experience in End to End IT & Non IT Recruitment in Lateral, Leadership & Volume hiring for industries like: Automotive, Aerospace, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Electric & Switch gears, BPO, KPO, IT etc.End to End IT & Non IT recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and on boarding candidates. Screening: short listing candidates sourced through portal (Naukri, Monster, Times jobs, Shine and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role. Talent search from various sources including portals, references, social media, Mass Mailing & job postings. Lateral & Leadership Hiring: Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description. Staffing: Preparing Requisition gathering template and sending it to corresponding sourcing lead to initiate the sourcing. Short listing the profiles sourced and sending it to the respective hiring managers Hiring inputs: Meeting hiring managers to understand niche skill profiles. HR Round: Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries on company standards. Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills according to requirement. Experience in Permanent, Contract & Pay roll Staffing. Sourcing and screening candidate resumes to assess fitment for position Interviewing, Evaluate Candidates potential to assess suitability for position for Desired JD. Establishing relationships with candidates and get referral. Prospective candidates and educate them on hiring process. Negotiate compensation, closing Requirement and solicit referrals. Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations Good Experience in effective usage of job portal, Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process
