I am a professional with Twenty eight years of experience. After Twenty five years in the Information technology Industry working for leading MNCs, I embarked on my Career 2.0 by making the shift to Entrepreneurship in 2020. I am a proud entrepreneur with two diversified ventures : as a co-founder Gurus360 and as an Independent Business Owner in the ecommerce space.During my Corporate Career, I was a seasoned Delivery Manager with strong experience in Product Development & Delivery, in large organizations like Polaris, Infosys and PayPal.I am passionate about Project Management, Agile, Mentoring & Coaching as well as giving back to the society. I found my passion for public speaking through the Toastmasters community. I am also a Trustee in an NGO, through which we are giving back to the society in our small way, for the past 25 years. I strongly believe that Empathy, Happiness and Positive Mindset are the most powerful tools to empower and transform lives.My vision is to transform the personal and professional lives of individuals.
