migrating oracle database to recent version

One of the core team members in Wipro - Lloyds Banking group Technology optimisation Kyndryl cloud migration program. worked on migrating windows and SQL 2008 currency risks to windows 2016/ 2019 servers. Building the servers in each environment via IBM VRA tool as per the approved security design and finding out the required teams in each stage of cloud migration to work on the deployment and meeting the project deadlines on-time.Creating project milestones, reviewing and monitoring all the tasks in each stage to mitigate the currency risk. worked on service now service introduction process to sign off the required documents/ events to meet Go live readiness. worked on complex disaster recovery events to prove the server capacity and recovery Strategy (RTO, RPO).Have attended CAB meetings to explain about the change and accept the Change for each and every application migration.Working with wider team and has good experience in team collaboration, delegating the work load among the team members to deliver the project deadlines on-time.Monitoring all the tasks and security configuration on servers to avoid security breach and security non compliance issues. preparing Scheduling of events (SOE) and Go-live readiness documents for the major events and engaging the appropriate teams. Understanding the application design and working with security architects to migrate the application and testing it in each environment. Decommissioning the old server is the key part in migration program so have worked on clearing all the backlog decommission servers and decommissioned the old servers on time. Have completed Az-900 & AZ-104 certifications.
