I hold a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Robotics and Mechatronics from Christ University, Bangalore, and THWS, Germany, where I graduated with an 'A+' grade. My education provided me with a robust foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of engineering, equipping me with the skills necessary to excel in the dynamic fields of robotics and mechatronics.Currently, I am a Senior Enterprise Operations Specialist in the IT and EdTech industry. My role involves comprehensive involvement in trainer onboarding for a diverse array of cloud and non-cloud technologies, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, DevOps, GCP, VMware, Dynamics, Security, and Power Platform. My expertise extends across various facets of training operations and delivery, from hiring subject matter experts to procurement logistics, strategic planning, and scheduling.Leveraging advanced project management tools and data analytics platforms, I optimize training processes and ensure the seamless execution of training programs. My responsibilities include close collaboration with Learning & Development (L&D) managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to accurately identify and understand training needs, and subsequently map out development plans for top multinational corporations and individual professionals.In my role, I plan, coordinate, lead, and actively participate in multi-disciplinary teams encompassing the Technical Team, Operations Team, Sales Team, and Marketing Team. Together, we address divisional objectives related to technology, course curriculum development, online session management, customer feedback, trainer feedback, and specific training requirements.Furthermore, I am intricately involved in the end-to-end operations and support of training delivery. This includes working closely with trainers to design, develop, and deliver course content that meets the highest standards of quality and relevance.
