All of my machine designs (machine assembly & parts) are driven by parametric techniques. Machines designed in this concept, both machine assembly & parts are driven by independent geometries & well defined formulas unlike conventional methods which are driven by plenty of dimensions & features.Majority portion of design is free from dimensions unless these are required. So, instant updating of machine assembly & parts, without any errors is possible.Beauty of concept is, place the part in assembly & forget it kind of nature. All the parameters will be intact & vary the size the way assembly changes. Clearance, symmetry are all well-defined & remain intact whatever may be the changes take place. Hope, design professionals understand the difficulty of unnoticeable misalignments, errors in clearances & so on; multiple forms of errors do take place the way we make modifications so frequently. This parametric design concept itself is the solution for such difficulties.Parametric designing is just one time well thought out intelligent machine designing activity. 2. I am a 30+ years experience hand in design profession, in which 11 years of experience in Product Design, Mold Design, Tool Design (Blow, Thermoforming, Die casting, Rubber, Bakelite molds & Press Tools & Jigs & Fixtures) & 19 years of experience in Machine Design & Automation3. 20 Years of experience in SOLID WORKS Cad software (Including FEA, Certified solid works professional). 5 Years’ experience in PROE. 4. My career has started with a solid foundation as a QC Engineer & Process Planner of a High precision machined component manufacturing company.5. Trained in Tool Design by then retired finest Chief Tool Design Lecturer of GT & TC Bangalore6. Trained in & delivered successful results in all 3 CAD Design domains like CAD, CAM & CAE engineering areas (I am the first peson who successfully trained as Cad & Cam Designer in CIMATRON in Bangalore)8.
