In my role as a Master Thesis Student at GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG, I utilized metaheuristic optimization techniques within finite element simulations to enhance the performance and efficiency of our products and processes. My journey with GROB-WERKE spanned 12 months, during which I transitioned from an intern to a thesis student, acquiring valuable expertise in NX Open, computer simulations, and Python. Before joining GROB-WERKE, I served as a Research Assistant at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Here, I was instrumental in developing a Finite Element Method (FEM) solver for a project focused on numerical modelling and machine learning for fatigue fracture modelling.Upon completing my Master’s degree in Computational Mechanics from the University of Duisburg-Essen, I embraced the role of a Data Analyst at GROB-WERKE. This was a natural progression after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology in 2018.In my current role as a Data Analyst at GROB-WERKE, my primary responsibility is to develop web-based applications using Python and Streamlit for data visualization. This role allows me to apply my core competencies in optimization, finite element analysis, numerical methods, machine learning, and programming. I am deeply passionate about leveraging these skills to address complex engineering problems and drive innovation and excellence in the realm of machine learning and simulation.

Master Thesis StudentGrob-Werke Gmbh & Co. Kg Sep 2023 - Apr 2024Mindelheim, Bavaria, GermanyTItle: Application of Metaheuristic Optimization in Finite Element SimulationThis thesis delves into the incorporation of metaheuristic optimization methodologies into Finite Element Method (FEM) simulations with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of design optimization. By harnessing the power of metaheuristic algorithms, this research seeks to standardize the optimization process within the FEM simulation framework, thereby facilitating a more efficient and effective design optimization. The goal is to create a flexible optimization environment that seamlessly integrates into Siemens NX, a comprehensive CAD and simulation tool. This environment will empower engineers to manipulate design variables and optimize them based on global objective functions. The implementation will leverage Python via NXOpen to develop an integrated optimization tool, ensuring a user-friendly experience even for those without a programming background. -
