Current• Deployment Projects in which I was involved are the Department of Human Services, Lenovo, KPMG, Goodman Fielder Pty Limited, etc.• Staging and deploying end-user devices ensuring proper installation, configuration, and setup of devices to meet users' needs.• Maintain documentation and assets.• Provide technical support during deployment and troubleshooting.• Coordinate testing activities and liaison for user acceptance testing.• Communicate updates and report issues to the project manager.• Provide clients with IT Support as required either on-site or remote.• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot IT issues.• Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems and escalate to a senior team member or service providers as required.
