I have an outstanding academic record from one of the premier institutions of India, with keen interests in marketing and research. As an analyst in a research and consulting startup, I am leading the research program - 'Bank of Tomorrow' in twimbit. I study 40 major banks across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region and produce insights through qualitative and quantitative data analysis on trends, best practices and key innovation opportunities for banks from a stakeholder experience viewpoint.Over the span of about 1.5 years in the industry, I have gained a unique perspective of the development of the banking industry in the APAC region in terms of stakeholder experience, digital strategies, and technological partnerships.
