Shre is founder/ President of Virpie Tech. - a global multi-product company; Information technology, real estate investments with a large format printing services based in Southbury, CT with operations in the US, Canada, UK, Dubai and India. Shre relocated to the United States in 1991 to complete his MBA at the University of New Haven, CT. After receiving his degree he started work with a construction firm in Southbury, CT until 1998 when he decided to start Virpie Tech.In the last 20 years Virpie won several prestigious awards including INC.500 3 years in a row, Entrepreneur HOT 100, USPAAC Top 50 and Diversity Business top 50 for the last 15 years.Shre is also the inventor and founder of AmericaRx.com, one of the first online ecommerce stores of its kind. Created in 1998, it was one of the only online ecommerce stores that offered over 25,000 health and beauty products at competitive prices. In 2002 Shre sold his share to his business partner, to focus his attention on Virpie Tech. where more than 400 IT professionals are employed and work globally and specializes in a technique called “in-shoring.” Shre is proud to admit that in the 20+ years that he has run his business he has a retention rate of 98.5%. In fact, consultants often renew their contracts, staying on project with a client longer than initially intended. Influential in his community, Shre is the Coordinator and financial contributor for the Connecticut Chapter of “NTR Memorial Trust”, the Connecticut Chapter of “Lead India 2020.” He is also a Certified Literacy Volunteer Tutor, and volunteers his time to teach English to adult students.
